🛋️ Current Clients Booking Sessions

All Sessions are In Pacific Standard Time. Please make the necessary adjustments to your calendar.

All online sessions can be managed through this booking site. In person sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays only. You will be required to fill out forms and enter credit card information prior to your first session.

📆 Cancellation Policy

As we have reserved the appointment time especially for you, a minimum 24 hours advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel. No-shows and cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be billed at the full session price. You will receive a confirmation email after booking your session and will have the opportunity for email/text reminders.

🧾 Insurance Coverage

Please check with your insurance provider for the type of coverage under your specific plan. Please confirm that the designation of RTC (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor) with the ACCT (Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada) Tanya is RTC #2696

Your payment will be processed after your session and you will be issued a receipt to submit to your provider
